Can I order a product with customised dimensions or designs?

Yes, we are manufacturer and produce stickers according to your individual dimensions. Our design team will also help you create a unique design based on your sketch or idea. Just write to us and we will calculate the cost and terms.

How to choose the right size of stickers?

We recommend adding 0.5 cm of margin on each side to your exact measurements. This allows you to avoid gaps between thestickers and the edge of the surface, especially if the wall or glass has small irregularities.
If necessary, we will always help you adjust the size and suggest the best option for your space.

What materials are stickers made of?

We use high-quality Oracal vinyl, a German self-adhesive material that is resistant to moisture, UV and wear. It has a long service life (from 3 to 7 years).

Can I return or exchange a sticker if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?

Standard stickers can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they have not been used and are in their original condition.
Customised orders are not eligible for return, according to the law.

How long does it take to produce and deliver?

A standard order takes 1-2 business days to produce, individual orders - up to 3-4 days. Delivery according to the terms of the carrier, is calculated approximately and individually to each country, usually up to 14-20 days.
