Can I order a product with customised dimensions or designs?
Yes, we are manufacturer and produce stickers according to your individual dimensions. Our design team will also help you create a unique design based on your sketch or idea. Just write to us and we will calculate the cost and terms.
How to choose the right size of stickers?
We recommend adding 0.5 cm of margin on each side to your exact measurements. This allows you to avoid gaps between thestickers and the edge of the surface, especially if the wall or glass has small irregularities.

What materials are stickers made of?
We use high-quality Oracal vinyl, a German self-adhesive material that is resistant to moisture, UV and wear. It has a long service life (from 3 to 7 years).
Do I need an adhesive for the stickers?
No, all stickers have their own adhesive base.
Application & Surfaces
Can I use the stickers on wallpaper, furniture or glass?
Yes, our products are suitable for most smooth and clean surfaces: walls (paint, wallpaper), glass, furniture, mirrors, tiles.
What surfaces do not stick?
We do not recommend gluing to rough, greasy or very porous surfaces (e.g. cement, textiles, untreated wood, wax or rubber paint).
How do I apply the sticker? Do you provide instructions on how to apply the sticker?
Yes, we include a sticker and video instruction with each order.
For your convenience, we recommend using a mounting kit (squeegee and a clerical knife ) which you can also order in our store.
Does the sticker leave any marks after removal?
No, when removed correctly, vinyl sticker do not leave any traces of glue or damage to the surface. If the sticker has been on for a long time, traces of glue may remain, which can be removed with an alcohol solution.
Is it possible to wash the surface with a sticker?
Yes! The materials are moisture resistant and can be washed with a damp cloth without the use of aggressive chemicals.

How long does it take to produce and deliver?
A standard order takes 1-2 business days to produce, individual orders - up to 3-4 days.
Delivery according to the terms of the carrier, is calculated approximately and individually to each country, usually up to 14-20 days.

If used properly, stickers will retain their appearance for up to 3 years. If you find a defect, let us know and we will find a solution.

Can I return or exchange a sticker if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
Standard stickers can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they have not been used and are in their original condition.

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Carefully inspect the order upon receipt. If there is any damage, draw up a complaint with the carrier's representative.
We are always ready to promptly resolve the situation if the damage was caused by the delivery, please provide us with photos and videos of the damage.
